• Product is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
• Original packaging, manuals, and accessories are intact.
• Product has not been altered, modified, or repaired.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-built or made-to-order hydraulic machines.
• Special order or customized products.
• Installed or used machinery and equipment.
• Electrical, hydraulic, or mechanical parts once used.
• Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and issue a return authorization if approved.
3. Return instructions or pickup details will be shared after approval.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a wrong, damaged, or defective product supplied by us.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI.
• Partial refunds may apply if the product is not returned in original condition.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos.

Upon verification, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on product availability and customer preference.

Wrong Item Delivered

If an incorrect product is delivered, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the product is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
