Return & Refund Policy

At Uniteck Hydraulic & Pneumatic Controls, we are committed to providing high-quality hydraulic and pneumatic products. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.
1. Return Eligibility
Products are eligible for return if all of the following conditions are met:
- Return request is submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Product is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- Original packaging, manuals, and accessories are included.
- Product has not been damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or handling.
Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-built or made-to-order hydraulic machines
- Customized or special-order products
- Installed or used machinery
- Electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic components once used
- Products damaged due to improper handling or installation
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos or videos as proof.
After verification, we will offer:
- Free replacement, OR
- Full refund (if replacement is not available).
No additional charges will apply in such cases.
4. How to Request a Return
- Email us with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, return instructions will be shared.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- For other approved returns, shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
6. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
- Partial refunds may apply if the product is returned damaged or incomplete.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
