Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible products and selected serviceable locations. Payment must be made at the time of delivery.
For high-value or large industrial machinery orders, COD availability depends on the order value and delivery location. Customers are informed before order confirmation.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Custom-built or made-to-order hydraulic machines may require additional processing time, which will be communicated in advance.
Delays caused by natural events, logistics issues, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, but customers will be kept informed.
We work with reliable courier and freight service providers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Large machines may be shipped using palletized or surface transport for secure handling.
Once the order is dispatched, tracking details are shared via email or phone where applicable. For freight shipments, delivery coordination details are provided by our support team.
Customers or their authorized representatives must be available at the delivery address to receive the shipment. Please inspect the package at the time of delivery and report visible damage immediately.
If a product is received in damaged condition, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. In case of delivery delays, updated timelines will be shared.
